CIVIL DEFENSE DIVISION: America must be prepared for when not if a major emergency occurs. With BPAUX at an individual level, we all need to know what to do in an emergency. We need to be prepared today, to minimize the effects of any future emergency. Our response to and recovery from any type of emergency anywhere in the region will then be as fast and efficient as possible. The planning and delivery of the civil defense emergency management role across the United States is assisted by BPAUX and it’s membership and leaders. BPAUX can assist various groups by assisting in safety issues, and local security as well as site preparation and site management services.
