CYBER WATCH DIVISION:

Not everyone can get to the border or participate in community watches. The BPAUX-Cyber Watch Group surfs the web looking for websites that present threats to the safety and security of our country and submit reports to BPAUX Threat Central. This information is disseminated to the Department of Homeland Security daily. BPAUX-Cyber Watch Group members scan border cams regularly and report incursions. BPAUX-Cyber watch teams will be expected to be knowledgeable about computer access and overall Internet workings with little or no assistance from BPAUX other than the team leaders.

BPAUX-Cyber watch teams will document activities that they see as "reportable incursions" and post this information on the BPAUX web site for the appropriate leaders to review.  This information will contain specific times, locations, dates, counts, descriptions etc. that can be summarized.

Cyber Watch

On a regular basis this data will be gathered, reports will be created, and reports will be distributed on to local, state, federal agencies.
